Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with French legislation, the customer has 14 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return and Refund
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the following options:

Refund: You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original condition. After receiving and inspecting the item in our warehouses, refunds will be processed within 7 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange: You can exchange your item for another item of equal value or for a gift voucher. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Gift Voucher: You can choose to receive a gift voucher equivalent to the value of your purchase, usable on our site.

Special Orders
For special or customized orders, a quote will be provided before payment. The quote will detail the costs and specific conditions of the order. Payment will be required after acceptance of the quote.

Exclusion from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to goods that have been manufactured following a customer's personalization (Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code).
